Effective:

Who we are

Tool is operated by Huge Tool LLC, a consultancy based in New York City. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website, contact us, or book a call.

Inquiries and bookings

When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, selected time, type of work, and any notes you provide. We use this information to arrange the meeting, respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and maintain business records. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your notes.

Booking details are sent to Google Calendar to create an event in our calendar. Google sends the invitation and provides the Google Meet link. If you email us, we also receive your address and the contents of your message.

Visitor display and browser storage

The site's visitor display (HUD) shows live information about your current page and browser. TRACK is on by default unless you have previously switched it off. Visible readouts can measure pointer movement, scrolling, click and keystroke counts, and browser/device details. The display does not record what you type into forms.

Display measurements stay in page memory. We do not create a visitor ID, save cross-visit history, or upload these measurements to an analytics service.

The display also requests an approximate location based on your IP address from our hosting provider, Vercel. If that is unavailable, it uses an estimate based on your browser's time zone. It does not request GPS location.

Local storage remembers your theme and TRACK preference. Hiding the HUD lasts only until you reload the page and stores nothing. Visitor measurements are not saved.

Your tracking choices

Switch TRACK off in the HUD to stop visitor measurements and location lookups and clear readings from memory. Theme and TRACK preferences remain. Hidden readouts pause sampling without changing your TRACK preference.

You can also clear this site's cookies and storage through your browser. Clearing the TRACK preference resets tracking to its default on state on a later visit. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not automatically change the site's TRACK setting. Turning TRACK off does not stop the requests needed to load the site, hosting logs, or information you choose to submit.

Providers and sharing

Vercel hosts the site and some media files. It processes request information, including IP addresses and technical request data, to deliver and protect those services. Google processes booking information for calendar invitations and meetings. Their handling of information is also described in their own privacy notices.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising targeting, or enroll people in mailing lists from booking inquiries. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site analytics trackers on this site. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

How long information stays

Live display measurements are held only in page memory and cleared by TRACK OFF. Theme and TRACK preferences have no automatic expiry in the app. A hidden HUD reappears after a page reload.

We keep inquiries and booking records only as needed to handle requests, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We review deletion requests in light of those purposes. Hosting logs and provider-held information are subject to the providers' retention practices.

Requests

Contact us at the email below with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Use TRACK to clear live display readings, or your browser's storage controls to remove site preferences.
